§13–913.
(1)When registered with the Administration, every passenger motor vehicle operated for the transportation of persons for hire, except a vehicle described in paragraph
(2)of this subsection, is a Class B (for hire) vehicle.
(2)The following vehicles are not subject to the classification specified in this section:
(i)Any vehicle operated on a regular schedule and between fixed termini; and
(ii)Any vehicle for which a different classification is specified in this part.
(b)For each Class B (for hire) vehicle, the annual registration fee is:
(1)On or after July 1, 2024, but before July 1, 2025, $170.00; and
(2)On or after July 1, 2025, $180.00.
