§7–204.
(a)The Division shall compile and edit:
(1)the Code of Maryland Regulations; and
(2)as a temporary supplement, the Maryland Register.
(b)Subject to the limitations in this subtitle, the Administrator is responsible for the publication and distribution of the Code of Maryland Regulations and the Register.
