§7–107.
The Secretary of State’s annual salary shall be:
(1)$112,500 for the first year of appointment beginning January, 2023;
(2)$116,000 starting on the first anniversary after appointment;
(3)$118,500 starting on the second anniversary after appointment; and
(4)$120,000 starting on the third anniversary after appointment and thereafter.
