§6–103.
(a)There is an Attorney General of the State, as provided in Article V, § 1 of the Maryland Constitution.
(b)The Attorney General’s annual salary shall be:
(1)$165,000 for the first year of the term beginning January, 2023;
(2)$170,000 starting on the first anniversary of the beginning of the term;
(3)$173,000 starting on the second anniversary of the beginning of the term; and
(4)$175,000 starting on the third anniversary of the beginning of the term and thereafter.
(c)The Attorney General is also entitled to reimbursement for travel and other expenses that are connected with the duties of the Office.
