§22–305.
(a)The Board shall appoint up to three deputy directors.
(b)The deputy directors:
(1)are responsible to and serve at the pleasure of the Board;
(2)must have knowledge of and experience with labor issues;
(3)must be attorneys who:
(i)are licensed by the State at the time of appointment; or
(ii)will become licensed by the State within 12 months after the date of appointment; and
(4)are entitled to the salary provided in the State budget.
