§2–803.
(1)The Committee consists of 8 members.
(2)Of the 8 members:
(i)4 shall be Senators, appointed by the President; and
(ii)4 shall be Delegates, appointed by the Speaker.
(1)A member appointed by the President serves at the pleasure of the President.
(2)A member appointed by the Speaker serves at the pleasure of the Speaker.
