§4–608.
(a)Annually, the State shall appropriate in the State budget and pay to the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Annapolis at least $750,000 as payment for services provided to the State by the City of Annapolis.
(b)For fiscal year 2022 and each fiscal year thereafter, the appropriation required under subsection
(a)of this section shall be increased by the percent increase in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers for the Baltimore Metropolitan Statistical Area.
