§8–907. IN EFFECT
On or before August 31 each year, MLSC shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly the following information for the immediately preceding fiscal year:
(1)The number of cases in which a covered individual was provided legal representation, disaggregated by case type, including:
(i)Nonpayment of rent under § 8–401 of this title;
(ii)Tenant holdover under § 8–402 of this title; and
(iii)Breach of lease under § 8–402.1 of this title;
(2)The amount paid to attorneys for each case managed;
(3)The geographic distribution of cases;
(4)Data on the disposition of cases decided;
(5)The amount of State and federal funds allocated to each designated organization; and
(6)The number of covered individuals provided legal representation for multiple cases.

On or before August 31 each year, MLSC shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly:
(1)The number of covered individuals provided legal representation during the previous fiscal year;
(2)Information on and metrics evaluating case outcomes; and
(3)A summary of the engagement and education of tenants.
