§14–906.
(a)A service provider may not submit a service agreement that is in violation of § 14–903 of this subtitle to the clerk of a circuit court or a State or local agency for recording.
(b)A service provider who violates subsection
(a)of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.
