§ 7-1213

§7–1213.
(a)Subject to subsection
(b)of this section, the Commission shall approve, conditionally approve, or deny an application submitted under § 7–1212 of this subtitle within 1 year after the close of the application period.
(b)The Commission may extend the time to approve, conditionally approve, or deny an application under subsection
(a)of this section for good cause.
