§5–301.
(a)Except as otherwise provided by law, this section does not apply to a requirement or violation of:
(1)Subtitle 4 of this title;
(2)Title 7, Subtitle 1 of this article;
(3)Title 8, Subtitles 1 and 3 of this article; or
(4)Title 9, Subtitle 3 of this article.
(b)A public service company:
(1)shall comply fully with the requirements of this division; and
(2)may not violate any provision of this division.
