§21–401.
In this subtitle, “urban renewal authority”:
(1)means a unit of government that is engaged in urban renewal activity; and
(2)includes:
(i)the State;
(ii)Montgomery County;
(iii)Prince George’s County; and
(iv)any unit of government in Montgomery County or Prince George’s County.
