§4–1009.
(a)In this section, “Executive Director” means the Executive Director of the Governor’s Office of Crime Prevention and Policy.
(b)The Executive Director shall establish outcome–based performance measures to track the performance of any activity or program supported by funds received under this subtitle.
(1)On or before October 1, 2020, and every October 1 thereafter, the Governor’s Office of Crime Prevention and Policy shall place on its website in an easily accessible location a filterable data display showing all data collected under this subtitle pertaining to outcome–based performance measures under this section for the previous fiscal year.
(2)The Governor’s Office of Crime Prevention and Policy shall notify annually in writing the Governor and the Legislative Policy Committee, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, when the filterable data display has been updated under paragraph
(1)of this subsection.
(3)The Executive Director shall adopt regulations to carry out this section.
