§13–211.
(1)To promote efficiency and reward continuous service, the Governor may issue service medals of appropriate designs to officers and enlisted individuals in the organized militia who have completed 5 years or more of continuous service.
(2)The Governor shall adopt regulations to carry out this subsection.
(1)The State may issue appropriate ribbon badges to represent any issued or authorized medal.
(2)An officer or enlisted individual in the organized militia may wear a ribbon badge issued under this subsection as part of the uniform.
