§31–103.
(a)The executive committee consists of:
(1)the Mayor of Baltimore City, or the Mayor’s designee;
(2)the Chief Executive Officer of the Baltimore City Public School System, or the Chief Executive Officer’s designee; and
(3)any other individuals selected by the Mayor.
(b)The executive committee shall:
(1)oversee the Baltimore City Youth Data Hub; and
(2)appoint and oversee the manager of the Baltimore City Youth Data Hub.
(1)The executive committee shall establish an advisory committee of community stakeholders, including representatives from nonprofit organizations, faith–based institutions, community resident associations, and members from the larger community.
(2)The purpose of the advisory committee is to increase awareness of and provide feedback on the Baltimore City Youth Data Hub.
