§27–402.
(a)The board of drainage commissioners shall organize as a corporation named “The Board of Drainage Commissioners of ….. District”.
(b)A board of drainage commissioners may:
(1)exercise corporate powers;
(2)hold and convey property; and
(3)sue and be sued.
(c)A board of drainage commissioners shall adopt a seal.
