§15–404.
(a)Except as provided in subsection
(b)of this section, the nonvoting member of the Audit Committee may vote on a decision of the Audit Committee in the event of a tie.
(b)The appointment of the Inspector General may be approved only through a majority of the voting members of the Audit Committee.
