§9–607.
(a)The Commission may not award compensation to an incarcerated individual who is a covered employee under § 9–221 of this title until the incarcerated individual is discharged by pardon, parole, or expiration of sentence.
(b)If an incarcerated individual dies from an accidental personal injury, the dependents of the incarcerated individual are entitled to compensation under this title, based on the average weekly wage of the incarcerated individual.
