§2–108.
(a)As soon after January 1 of each year as reasonably possible, the Commissioner shall submit an annual report to the Governor, to the Secretary, and, subject to § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, to the General Assembly.
(1)The report shall describe the activities of the Division during the preceding year.
(2)The report shall include a description of its investigations under § 5-205(i) of this article.
