§15–10C–02.
The Commissioner, in consultation with the Department and the Board, shall establish and adopt by regulation standards for:
(1)the certification of medical directors;
(2)the renewal, suspension, and revocation of a certificate; and
(3)the issuance of a temporary certificate.
