§8–1201.
(a)For fiscal years 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, the Governor shall include in the State budget an appropriation of not less than:
(1)$3,500,000 to the local management board for Baltimore City for the Baltimore Children and Youth Fund; and
(2)$1,000,000 for the Baltimore City YouthWorks Summer Jobs program.
(1)The funding required under this section shall be in addition to any State funding otherwise available to the entities specified in subsection
(a)of this section.
(2)For fiscal years 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, the Governor shall identify in the annual budget as introduced how the funding required under this section is being used to supplement and not supplant the funding for each entity listed in subsection
(a)of this section.
