§7–607.
(a)Six members of the Board are a quorum.
(b)The Board shall meet at least quarterly or more often as necessary to carry out its duties efficiently.
(c)A member:
(1)may not receive compensation as a member of the Board; but
(2)is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations as provided in the State budget.
(d)Except as provided in subsection
(c)of this section, a member may not financially benefit directly or indirectly from the activities of the Fund.
(e)The Department shall provide staff to the Board.
