§9–402.
(1)Unless authorized to practice as a nursing home administrator under Subtitle 3 of this title, an individual may not represent to the public by title, by description of services, methods, or procedures, or otherwise, that the individual is authorized to practice as a nursing home administrator in this State.
(2)Unless authorized to practice under Subtitle 3 of this title, an individual may not use the title “nursing home administrator”, or the abbreviation “N.H.A.” or any other designation, title, or abbreviation with the intent to represent that the individual is authorized to practice as a nursing home administrator.
(1)Unless authorized to practice as an assisted living manager under Subtitle 3A of this title, an individual may not represent to the public by title, by description of services, methods, or procedures, or otherwise, that the individual is authorized to practice as an assisted living manager in this State.
(2)Unless authorized to practice under Subtitle 3A of this title, an individual may not use the title “assisted living manager”, or any other designation, title, or abbreviation with the intent to represent that the individual is authorized to practice as an assisted living manager.
