§8–6C–14.
To apply for a license, an applicant shall:
(1)Submit to a criminal history records check in accordance with § 8–303 of this title;
(2)Submit to the Board:
(i)An application on the form that the Board requires; and
(ii)Written, verified evidence that the requirement of item
(1)of this subsection is being met; and
(3)Pay to the Board a fee set by the Board.
