§2–4A–07.
To apply for a license, an applicant shall:
(1)Submit an application to the Board on the form that the Board requires;
(2)Pay to the Board the application fee set by the Board; and
(3)Submit to a criminal history records check in accordance with § 2–303.1 of this title.
