§14–5G–09.
(a)To qualify for a license to practice genetic counseling, an applicant shall be an individual who meets the requirements of this section.
(b)The applicant must be of good moral character.
(c)The applicant must be at least 18 years old.
(d)The applicant must be a graduate of an appropriate education program approved by the Board.
(e)The applicant shall submit to the Board satisfactory evidence of certification by a national certifying organization approved by the Board.
(f)The applicant shall complete a criminal history records check in accordance with § 14–308.1 of this title.
(g)The applicant shall meet any additional education, training, or examination requirements established by the Board.
