§14–414.
(a)Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, an employer may not employ an individual to practice medicine without a license.
(b)A disciplinary panel may impose a civil penalty in an amount not exceeding $10,000 for a violation of this section.
(c)The Board shall remit any penalty collected under this section into the Board of Physicians Fund.
