§14–309.
To apply for a license, an applicant shall:
(1)Complete a criminal history records check in accordance with § 14–308.1 of this subtitle;
(2)Submit an application to the Board on the form that the Board requires; and
(3)Pay to the Board the application fee set by the Board.
