§14–203.
(1)The Governor shall appoint the chair of the Board.
(2)The term of office of the chair is 2 years.
(b)From among its members, the Board shall elect any officers, other than the chair, that it considers necessary.
(c)The Board shall determine:
(1)The manner of election of officers;
(2)The term of office of each officer; and
(3)The duties of each officer.
