§5–3A–17.
(a)Subject to subsection
(b)of this section, a court shall rule on a guardianship petition under this subtitle within 180 days after the petition is filed.
(b)A court may not enter a final order for guardianship under this subtitle until the later of expiration of the time for:
(1)revocation of consent; or
(2)the filing of a response to an order to show cause.
