§9–511.
Unless they conform to the county plan or revision or amendment of the county plan, the following systems and facilities may not be installed or extended:
(1)A water supply system;
(2)A sewerage system;
(3)A solid waste disposal system; and
(4)A solid waste acceptance facility.
