§9–260.
If any lot or parcel of land in Garrett County is used as a site for a trailer park, motel, mobile motel, condominium, apartment house, or other facility with multiple bedrooms, and if any resulting sewage is disposed of underground on the lot or parcel, the lot or parcel shall have:
(1)An area of at least 20,000 square feet for each 6 bedrooms or fraction of 6 bedrooms in the facility; and
(2)A width of at least 100 feet for each 6 bedrooms or fraction of 6 bedrooms in the facility.
