§9–201.
(a)In any election conducted under this article:
(1)all voting shall be by ballot; and
(2)only votes cast on a ballot may be counted.
(b)All ballots shall comply with the provisions of this subtitle.
(c)A ballot may not be used for any purpose not authorized by this article.
