§8–405.1.
(a)Subject to subsection
(b)of this section, at least one time each year at a student’s 504 plan meeting, the parents of the student shall be provided with the written informational materials regarding the Maryland ABLE Program provided under § 18–19C–03(a)(2) of this article.
(1)If a student’s 504 plan meeting does not occur at least one time each year, the written informational materials described under subsection
(a)of this section shall be provided at each 504 plan meeting.
(2)If a parent’s native language is not English, the written informational materials shall be provided in the parent’s native language.
(3)The parents may request the written informational materials provided at any subsequent meeting.
