§7–423.1.
(a)This section applies only in Baltimore County.
(b)Except as provided in subsection
(c)of this section, an Executive Branch agency may ban or regulate the sale of coffee in conjunction with a career exploration and development activity in a public high school.
(c)An Executive Branch agency may not ban or regulate the sale of coffee in conjunction with a career exploration and development activity in a public high school that sold coffee on or before June 30, 2018.
