§16–703.
There may be no more than four bargaining units at each community college including:
(1)One unit reserved for full–time faculty;
(2)One unit reserved for part–time faculty; and
(3)Two units reserved for eligible nonexempt employees, as defined in the federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
