§10–424.
The Board may award financial assistance to:
(1)a local government;
(2)an agency, instrumentality, or nonprofit corporation that the local government designates;
(3)a public or private college or university;
(4)the Maryland Economic Development Corporation; or
(5)a nonprofit entity operating an incubator in the State.
