§11–913.
(a)A majority of the members then serving on the Board is a quorum.
(b)The Board sets the times and places of its meetings.
(c)A member of the Board:
(1)may not receive compensation as a member of the Board; but
(2)is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
