§13–201.
(a)In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b)“Gaming event” means a carnival, bazaar, or raffle.
(c)“Qualified organization” means:
(1)a volunteer fire company; or
(2)a bona fide:
(i)religious organization;
(ii)fraternal organization;
(iii)civic organization;
(iv)war veterans’ organization; or
(v)charitable organization.
