§3–8A–16.1.
(a)After a petition has been filed with the court under this subtitle, but before an adjudication, the court may order the child to undergo blood lead level testing.
(b)A copy of the results of a test performed under subsection
(a)of this section shall be provided to:
(1)The child;
(2)The child’s parent or guardian;
(3)The child’s counsel; and
(4)The State’s Attorney.
