§3–201.
(a)In this subtitle the following terms have the meanings indicated.
(b)“Court” means a court of equity.
(c)“Guardian” means a person appointed by a court as guardian of the person or property or both of a disabled person.
(d)“Personal representative” means an executor, administrator, or special administrator.
