§10–4A–01.
(a)In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b)The following words have the meanings stated in § 10–401 of this title:
(1)Aggrieved person;
(2)Aural transfer;
(3)Communications common carrier;
(4)Contents;
(5)Electronic communication;
(6)Electronic communication service;
(7)Electronic communications system;
(8)Electronic, mechanical, or other device;
(9)Electronic storage;
(10)Intercept;
(11)Investigative or law enforcement officer;
(12)Judge of competent jurisdiction;
(13)Oral communication;
(14)Person;
(15)Readily accessible to the general public;
(16)User; and
(17)Wire communication.
(c)“Remote computing service” means the provision to the public of computer storage or processing services by means of an electronic communications system.
