§3–525.
The Customer Council shall consist of the following 11 members:
(1)the Chief Executive Officer;
(2)one representative from each of the following State agencies, appointed by the Secretary of the respective agency:
(i)the Department of Budget and Management;
(ii)the Department of Commerce;
(iii)the Department of General Services;
(iv)the Maryland Department of Health;
(v)the Department of Human Services;
(vi)the Department of Transportation; and
(vii)the Maryland Higher Education Commission; and
(3)three customers recommended by the Chief Executive Officer and appointed by the Governor.
