§11–722.
(a)This section applies only in Talbot County.
(b)While confined in the Talbot County Jail, an incarcerated individual employed under § 11–602 of this title shall pay:
(1)court–ordered payments for restitution; and
(2)the cost of the food, lodging, and clothing of the incarcerated individual.
(c)The County Council shall:
(1)establish the per diem rate for the food, lodging, and clothing of an incarcerated individual; and
(2)designate an agent to collect the costs specified in this section.
