§11–707.
(a)This section applies only in Caroline County.
(b)While confined in the Caroline County Jail, an incarcerated individual employed under § 11–602 of this title shall pay:
(1)court–ordered payments for restitution; and
(2)the cost of the incarcerated individual’s food, lodging, and clothing.
(c)The County Commissioners shall:
(1)establish the per diem rate for an incarcerated individual’s food, lodging, and clothing; and
(2)designate an agent to collect the costs specified in this section.
