§17–1601.
(a)In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b)“Restaurant” means an establishment that:
(1)accommodates the public;
(2)provides seating; and
(3)is equipped with facilities for preparing and serving food.
(c)“Restaurant license” means a license issued by the clerk to operate a restaurant or other eating place.
