§3–403.
(a)Except as provided in subsection
(b)of this section, a corporation, limited liability company, or partnership shall hold a permit issued by the Board before the corporation, limited liability company, or partnership may operate a business through which architecture is practiced.
(b)A corporation, limited liability company, or partnership may provide architectural services for itself or for an affiliated corporation, limited liability company, or partnership without a permit issued by the Board.
