§32–204.
(1)The chair of the Board shall receive $5,000 annually.
(2)Each other member of the Board shall receive $4,000 annually.
(b)Subject to this section and § 32–205 of this subtitle, the Board may:
(1)employ:
(i)a secretary;
(ii)inspectors; and
(iii)clerical and other assistants as are necessary; and
(2)set the compensation of the employees.
(1)The Board may designate an attorney for the Board.
(2)The annual salary of the attorney:
(i)is $10,000; and
(ii)shall be provided in the county budget.
