§30–204.
(1)The chair of the Board shall receive a salary of $750 annually.
(2)Each other member of the Board shall receive a salary of $500 annually.
(b)The Board may:
(1)employ:
(i)a secretary;
(ii)inspectors; and
(iii)clerical and other assistants as are necessary; and
(2)set the compensation of the employees.
