§3–303.
(a)An applicant shall pay to the Executive Director a fee of $20, in addition to the costs of publication and notice, when filing an application for the transfer of a license.
(b)The Executive Director shall endorse on the license the transfer of the license if the applicant has paid the fee required under subsection
(a)of this section.
